Before Christmas, our New Zealand agency contacted us and confirmed that the piano has completed customs clearance and can be transported to our home. Finally, a truck equipped with hydraulic lifting devices and two professional piano handlers safely placed our pianos in the entertainment room on the first floor. They also assisted in cleaning all packaging materials and allowed us to inspect them on the spot. The pianos transported from Beijing to Wellington were intact and even had good pitch. Once again, we enjoyed the high-quality service of Dragonsea Moving.
