First use of dragonsea's shipping service. I bought two sofas from tmall.com and shipped them to Dragonsea's Guangzhou general warehouse. I asked Dragonsea's staff to send them to Perth, Australia instead of me. My customer service is Miss Frida Ma and Tina from the merchandising team. Their service is very considerate. I answered all my questions patiently and seriously, whether it was customs policy or form filling. Frida also replied to my QQ when she was sick and asked for leave, and forwarded my question to Tina. And Tina actually replied to my questions on her mobile phone on her way to work. My sofa is still on the way, but whenever there is new news, I always get timely notice. When I receive my sofa, I will review Dragonsea's packaging and transportation services.
