This is my second international transportation. The first time was in October last year. At that time, I was very bold and complicated, because I felt that if there were mistakes or omissions, I would be called back at any time. However, from the pre arrangement to the inventory, and then to the follow-up when I return to Hong Kong in the evening. I feel the value of "reassuring the guests" completely. Novel coronavirus pneumonia is a difficult case. I had to move to two places. During the process, there was a coordinator, bill, a customer service employee of Dragonsea transportation. A freight, he followed up quite a lot of times, and feel more mature than when I contacted him last year, more thoughtful and meticulous. After completion, you will not only receive the photos of the goods "entering the warehouse" or when they are transported, but also the staff will take a video of the whole process when they pack them. The final freight insurance and warehousing notice will also be followed up by another staff. After moving, the staff will clean up the garbage for you at the same time. Of course, I also have a vacuum cleaner in the end, but it's not very exciting. After the completion of the freight, I sat in the comb and thought: every time I move, I will lose a lot of things. All the things left behind are "useful and valuable". Some people may look for a freight company with low price. If I can, I believe that I will continue to choose Dragonsea international in the future. I can say that the amount of freight is "value for money".
