On August 2nd, 25 boxes were safely and intact delivered to my home in Melbourne, Australia. From consulting customer service in China, to packaging and boxing, wooden crate making, receiving and transportation, delivery, and ultimately, every step of the delivery process is very clear and smooth. I am very grateful to the customer service team for their careful explanations and enthusiastic service. Sometimes, they also respond to our questions in a timely manner outside of working hours, which makes us feel at ease throughout the entire process. It only took one month from China to Australia and customs clearance, and the timeliness was also very satisfactory. The local delivery staff in Australia arrived at 7:30 in the morning, very professional, and completed all the moving work in half an hour. We shipped the qin and packed it in wooden boxes. Today, we saw that the wooden boxes were very sturdy and the qin was well protected.
