As there were not many items, the sales customer service suggested choosing a solution that was more suitable for me. The international moving and customs clearance processes were more complex and complicated, but the company handled them all with full authority, which was very worry free. I did very little on my own, and there was a dedicated person to follow up throughout the process. The furniture and fragile items that were shipped were not damaged, and the sales team was also very professional. Every time there was a problem, they would solve it. I am very satisfied with the entire process and would recommend it to my friends around me!
