One week before the arrival of the goods, Sydney's freight forwarding company sent an email notice to inform them of their contact information, saying the arrival date of the goods, how long it will take for customs clearance, and how many days it will take for the goods to be delivered to our home, etc., which was very detailed. Our container arrived at Sydney port on May 7. On May 20, the agent sent an email to say that the customs inspection and customs clearance had been completed and was ready to arrange delivery. Before the delivery, Miss Viana Qiu of Dragonsea specially contacted me and said that the next day's delivery was very careful. On the morning of May 27, the goods were delivered to my home. The two boys were very serious. They removed the package of large furniture in the garage, and then placed the goods in the designated place one by one according to my requirements. Without my request, I took the initiative to help me set up the table, sofa and big bed. From more than 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., it's very efficient. After the transportation, all the garbage, wooden boxes, cartons, packaging films, etc. were pulled onto the truck again, and the sanitation was simply cleaned. Thank you very much. The next day, the head of Sydney's freight forwarding company also called for a return visit, which was very responsible. So far nothing has been found broken. The international move was generally smooth and easy.
