DragonSea were great and so helpful at every stage of shipping from China to the UK. My agent, Aiden, was really attentive and made sure I had all the information I needed, helping with the UK customs applications and generally making sure I was up to date with everything. I was shipping some fragile guitars and I was a bit worried about them getting there safely but DragonSea made sure they were put into extra wooden crates for protection and they arrived totally fine. In total it took about 3.5 months for it to arrive which isn’t bad at all, and the wechat app was cool, being able to track the ship and its progress. The cost was very reasonable compared to other companies and I think it feels like there’s more of a personal touch with DragonSea. Thank you, you made what was quite a daunting and unknown process much easier!
