On April 11th, we successfully completed the customs clearance procedures at CBSA (Canadian Border Service Agency). On the way home, the freight company made an appointment with me to deliver the goods by truck at 9:30 tomorrow (April 12th). When I put down the phone, I couldn't believe the speed and efficiency. The next morning, a large truck arrived at the doorstep on time, and three local boys completed unloading, unpacking, and installation in about 4 hours. When leaving, I took away the packaging waste. When I was organizing my belongings, I found three or four pieces of wooden furniture with small damages or scratches, but none of the porcelain and glass products were damaged! The packaging ability of Dragonsea is still commendable. Regarding the damage to furniture, Dragonsea has assigned a dedicated person to communicate and coordinate with the insurance company. Moving across borders is not a small matter, let alone an easy one. But under the arrangement and operation of Hai Long, it did make me feel much easier and effortless. It's a pity that furniture may be damaged during transportation, but I know these are difficult to avoid.
