Our items have drifted across the sea and come to us again. The empty new home is instantly filled with joy! Most of the items are intact, including two desktop computers, a large ceramic cylinder, and two large flower vases. The logistics guy is very careful in his work, careful in protecting the floor and ensuring that tall items do not damage the ceiling. A few large items have been carried upstairs for us, and I have been worried that I won't be able to move them. I also want to commend Coco, the customer service representative of Dragonsea, for their patient, meticulous and thoughtful follow-up throughout the process. International moving is not easy, and the smooth arrival of items is the result of joint efforts from multiple parties!
