The preliminary preparation work was meticulous and in place. Mr. Zhang answered all my questions and requirements, and tracked every aspect of door-to-door service throughout the process. The door-to-door packaging and pickup service is very professional and fast, with timely communication and complete details during the process. The subsequent inventory organization, insurance, customs declaration materials, and so on were arranged in a meticulous and easy to understand manner, making it easy to complete. Warehousing, waiting for the formulation of wooden boxes, waiting for shipping schedule, sailing, arrival, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery are all tracked and reminded at every step. Especially in LA, the local customs clearance and delivery agent service is very good, communication is smooth, and all procedures are completed and transported to home within two weeks after the goods arrive at the port. The two delivery personnel are very friendly and responsible. Out of dozens of items, only one item was damaged, and Dragonsea immediately attached a damage report to cooperate with my claim. The full tracking service was really in place, making the international relocation that I was originally worried about very smooth. If there is a drawback, it is that the waiting time for the shipping schedule has been longer. However, after Mr. Zhang's patient explanation, I also understand that due to the container consolidation and the weather during that period, the waiting time for the shipping schedule has been several weeks longer than usual.
