I chose Hai Long based on a friend's recommendation. She, like me, is a person who is not on-site in China and completes the packaging process through remote communication. The staff arrived on time according to the agreed time. Firstly, the furniture and items to be packaged were labeled and confirmed. Then, the name of each packaged box was recorded, making it easier for me to identify them upon arrival. The friend who went to help took a photo, which showed that the on-site work was in good order. Due to being overseas, I didn't have time to organize my daily necessities. The staff needed to follow my friends while organizing and packaging, and their thoughtful service received praise from them. Cross border moving is a huge project, and Dragonsea Company has been meticulous in preparation from the early stage, such as considering time differences, conducting on-site evaluations of packaging quantities, preparing packaging materials, and establishing communication groups, in order to efficiently complete the work on that day. I am fortunate to have chosen the right company throughout the entire moving process, and I look forward to the smooth shipment of my items.
